Visit Winston-Salem is pleased to offer the following services to those groups who have booked accommodations through our organization.


Housing Coordination
The bureau will act as the clearinghouse for room reservations. Customized request forms are available to fit a group’s individual needs.


Pre-Registration
The bureau will process guest registrations, including payments, and send confirmations to each attendee. The meeting planner will receive ongoing updates of the pre-registration database, which is broken out by sessions and/or meal functions.*


On-Site Registration
Qualified personnel are available to quickly register attendees.*


Name Badge Service
With a variety of styles and colors to choose from, this service is also available on site.*


Customized Materials
Brochures can be made to fit a meeting's needs and range from programs to forms.


Tour Planning Assistance
Tours can be custom-designed to fit a group's interests and available time. Spouse programs and children's activities are available and have been developed to showcase the unique heritage and culture of our area. Personable, knowledgeable step-on-guides are also available to accompany tour groups.*


Public Relations and Media Support
A news release can be distributed 30 days in advance to the convention and visitor bureau's local and statewide media contacts to create awareness of an event booked through the bureau.


On-Site Restaurant Reservations and Attractions Referral
An information booth can be made available on site.*


Promotional Brochures
Colorful heritage and cultural attraction brochures and rack cards are available in advance to generate interest in our area and to encourage attendance to an event.


Maps
Maps of central Winston-Salem, Winston-Salem and Forsyth County are available in a variety of formats in the Visitor Center section of our Web site. To assist delegates in easily getting to their desired destination(s), directions by neighborhood are also available to the Winston-Salem Visitor Center, M.C. Benton, Jr. Convention & Civic Center, and Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum (LJVM) Complex.


Convention Supplier Referral
The bureau can provide a list of local vendors to assist in preparing for a successful meeting.
