Annual Tourism Marketing Workshop
Visit Winston-Salem hosted its sixth annual Tourism Marketing Workshop Thursday, June 22. Held at the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts, the 2017 workshop attracted nearly 80 industry partners and focused on "Case Studies for Digital Marketing Success." Industry experts Mariruth Kennedy of Buzzfish Marketing, and Ray Goodrich of Foothills Brewing, teamed to unravel the mysteries of optimized strategies, analytics, metrics, and social media know-how.
Each year Visit Winston-Salem opens the workshop unveiling the exciting goals and strategies for the upcoming year as a method to not only educate, but also invite local partners to collaborate in new, and innovative ways.

2017 Workshop Speakers
Mariruth Kennedy, president of the highly-regarded Buzzfish Marketing, a social media and marketing agency. Kennedy, who has more than 30 years of marketing, sales and advertising experience, will demystify the secrets of SEO and share insights to successfully master your digital brand marketing in a highly competitive market.
