The Triad Early Music Society will present a concert at Shallowford Presbyterian Church on Sunday, May 4 at 3:00 p.m. This is the final event of the 2025 Shallowford Series Concert Series. The Triad Early Music Society (TEMS) is a dynamic group of regional musicians who play music from mostly the 14th through the 17th centuries using recorders, percussion, string and other early music instruments. The concert program will include music of the Renaissance, Baroque, and Classical periods as well as selections of folk and contemporary music. TEMS is a chapter of the American Recorder Society. The concert is free to the public with an opportunity for donations in support of the concert series, and will be followed by light refreshments.
