Get ready for a jam-packed night of fun, music, and science at Kaleideum’s $5 Friday Night on May 2 — and this one’s going to be epic!

Admission is just $5 per person from 5–8 pm (free for members), thanks to our friends at Compleat Kidz.

Outside, 3rd Street Soundwaves — a brand-new outdoor concert series presented in partnership by Kaleideum and the Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership — will be rockin’ right in front of the museum with Somewhat Petty, a Tom Petty tribute band that’ll have you dancing in the street! The block will be closed to traffic, so bring the whole family and enjoy the music, a food truck, and beer and wine vendors from 6–9 pm.

Inside, Gears & Guitars and the National Cycling Center are shifting things into high gear with hands-on, high-energy “Science of Cycling” activities that are sure to spin your wheels!
