Mozelle’s Fresh Southern Bistro has been operating as a locally owned, independent business since September 2008 and their goal has always been the same, to faithfully represent the flavors of Winston-Salem, North Carolina while showcasing the wonderful ingredients produced by their neighbors. Mozelle's sources as much as they can from similar, local companies. Additionally, they prioritize producers who value humane treatment of animals, environmental stewardship and sustainable practices.


Most dishes are or can be made gluten friendly. They also offer vegetarian AND vegan menu items.


Mozelle's is open seven days a week, serving lunch and dinner Monday through Friday and brunch and dinner Saturday and Sunday.


They take reservations for our indoor dining and have bar seats and outdoor tables that are sat on a first come, first served basis.
